Answers to the questions shop owners, agencies and public bodies ask us most: does the European Accessibility Act – in Germany the BFSG – apply to me? What exactly does WCAG 2.2 require? And how do I test it without relying on a tool alone? Every guide lists its sources and the date it last changed.

How we write

Our guides are written by people who have built and audited accessible websites for tourism, the public sector and port logistics since 2013. Guides that state the law are reviewed before publication by a lawyer, who is named on the guide. They are not legal advice. When a law, a standard or a court decision changes, we update the guide and its date.
