Reviseberg toolbar

Adds the Reviseberg visitor toolbar to every page this property's library loads on. The toolbar is optional: it changes how pages are presented only for a visitor who opens it and asks, and only in that visitor's browser. It fixes nothing in the site itself and changes nothing about whether the site meets an accessibility standard or a law. Reviseberg's scans never see it.

Off means nothing is added to the page. The key is kept.

From Settings › Visitor toolbar in your Reviseberg dashboard. Starts with rbt_ and is 26 characters long.

Keep https://reviseberg.com unless you run Reviseberg yourself; then its address, with https:// and no path.
